Questions
Do I need AI to use ReplyPilot?
No. Everything works with your own ready-made messages. AI is off until you switch it on in Settings, and until then no review text is sent to any AI service.
What can ReplyPilot do with my Google account?
Read your reviews and post replies to them. It cannot edit or delete your business information, photos or reviews, and you can disconnect any time.
Will it reply to angry or sensitive reviews on its own?
Not if you don't want it to. Reviews the AI flags (legal threats, refunds, safety) are held for a person, and you can pause all automatic replies with one switch.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Syncing and sending pause, and nothing is deleted. Paid plans are coming soon; we'll tell you before anything changes.

Who owns the replies and the data?
