Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you use ReplyPilot, a product of IDM VALLEY Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

ReplyPilot lets you connect your own business accounts on supported platforms, see the reviews and comments there, and reply to them manually, with ready-made messages, or with AI-written replies if you turn that on.

Your account

• You must give accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Only connect accounts you own or are authorised to manage.

Free trial

New workspaces get a free trial of 7 days with no card needed. When it ends, syncing and sending replies pause until you choose a paid plan. We will not delete your data because a trial ended. Paid plans and their prices will be announced before they apply to you.

Replies are your responsibility

• Replies are posted publicly under your own account. You are responsible for what is posted, including replies sent automatically by your rules or written by AI.
• AI can make mistakes. Review its drafts, keep sensitive topics on manual review, and use the pause switch if something looks wrong.
• You must follow the rules of each platform you connect, including Google's policies for reviews and the Business Profile API.

Acceptable use

Do not use ReplyPilot to harass or deceive people, to post spam or fake reviews, to break the law, or to attack or overload the service.

Third-party services

The service depends on platforms such as Google. They can change or limit their access at any time, which may affect what ReplyPilot can do. We are not responsible for their changes or outages.

Availability and liability

We work to keep ReplyPilot running but provide it "as is", without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before it.

Ending your account

You can stop using ReplyPilot and ask us to delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will update the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Faridabad, Haryana have jurisdiction.
